Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on venture ([PRODUCT_URL]), operated by Federico Szarfer Barenblit.

Subscriptions

• 14-day money-back guarantee. If venture is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund it in full.
• Renewals. Renewal payments are generally not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.
• Cancellation. You can cancel from your account's billing settings at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund past ones except as described above.

One-time purchases

If a one-time purchase is defective, materially not as described, or you have not been able to use it, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it.

EU and UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Where you have asked us to begin providing the service immediately, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be limited once the service has been fully performed. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

How to request a refund

Email support@venturecity.ai from the address you purchased with, including the product name and the approximate date of the charge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment provider and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. You may also see the payment provider's own receipt and refund communications, since payments are processed by a merchant of record on our behalf.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, we may be unable to resolve it directly. Please reach out first; legitimate refund requests under this policy are honored without friction.
